Notice the bottom line in the blue tabs and the red tabs.
Blue tabs have one of:
binary → standard → sabayon-weekly
binary → standard → sabayonlinux.org
binary → standard → sabayon-limbo
Red tabs have:
source → portage → gentoo
'Blue packages' are binary packages of the Entropy package manager, available in a SL Entropy repository (either sabayon-weekly, sabayonlinux.org or sabayon-limbo); 'red packages' are source packages of the Portage package manager, available in the Gentoo main repository (more correctly speaking: the build script, called an 'ebuild', is available in the Gentoo main repository).
So dev-python/spyder-2.1.7 is available in the Portage package manager but not in the Entropy package manager. If you would like a maintainer of the Entropy package repositories to build the binary package of spyder-2.1.7 and put it in the Entropy repository then you need to click on the link 'Bugs' at the top of this page and file a request.
