How to use FTP or RSYNC with Entropy?

I see in the repositories.conf file, that Entropy installer suports FTP and RSYNC protocol.
After the implementation of the Brazilian mirrors of Sabayon, mainly i use these Brazilian Mirrors, also for entropy.
for this i edit the repositories. conf file.
but i see that Entropy always use the HTTP protocol for syncronize.

How to make for use also the FTP and RSYNC mirrors as Entropy mirrors?
