Update localization dependency issue [Solved]

There are 5 updates at the moment for my system (SL 5 x86K - fully updated 2.6.38)

The dependency check wants to bring in 46 unwanted localization packages. Presumably this shouldn't be happening.

Yep I noticed it too, reported it to Fabio.

Fixing it now.
Technically something changed in Portage and we have to enlist all apps that are affected with this.
(These are NON standard KDE apps with their OWN translations.)
