equo search bash completion

hello

i 've tried to activate equo search bash completion by following http://wgo.wolf911.us/?p=307,

on a 5.2 amd64 kde corecd install

i've also tried in current profile of konsole : /bin/bash -login , /bin/bashlogin,bin/bash --login

entropy version :sys-apps/entropy-0.99.41.2
equo version :app-admin/equo-0.99.41.2
should i install sulphur or/and sys-apps/entropy-client-services to get it working ?


so bug ? not working on amd64 ?

To enable bash completion (suppose you have bash-completion installed) you have to put this line to /etc/bash/bashrc

Code: Select all

[[ -f /etc/profile.d/bash-completion.sh ]] && source /etc/profile.d/bash-completion.sh

view the possibilities you have with

Code: Select all

eselect bashcomp list

enable bash-completion for example for equo

Code: Select all

eselect bashcomp enable --global equo

load the new configuration with

Code: Select all

source /etc/bash/bashrc
