equo fails to run every time with an error msg

So every time I try to install anything with equo I get the following error messge in console:

Erm... Can I send the error, along with some information

I did submit the error message but I was wondering if this is a known issue with a work around? I thought maybe I had a corrupted install so I just did a fresh format of Sabayon... Same result.

Ideas?

did you do a "equo update" before this?

xD Less posts would be better, it would mean everything was just working for me.

Anywho - ran "equo update" as you suggested - when I ran it it told me there was an equo/entropy update available and to run that first. So I ran "equo install equo" and then afterwards I went to run "equo update" again and now it fails with the following giant debug output:

As for my excessive number of posts - really just want to get everything working - Sabayon looks like a good distro and I'd like to get it all set up properly and maybe use it as my main one instead of Ubuntu

is really entropy style to warn you about a newer equo versions available ... still don't get why # >=sys-apps/entropy-0.98.0.2 which is misleading, already have a newer version: 0.98.4.2 ... that is the confusing part ...
