how to create entropy package?

i have downloaded few *.tbz2 packages from mirrors (for example exaile & PEAR-Auth_SASL) it seems entropy will just extract compiled files so is it just simple? & is something in sabayon that create a tbz2 package from source like debian has? what about configuration files that are in home directory ( ~/ ) ? can we have a bash script that creates default configuration?

You will need to compile the source using portage, then call entropy, which will package it all up and put it on a server with a database file.

i have already compiled http://xfardic.org on my system but there's no ebuild to compile it using portage! so i must first create a ebuild then follow http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/handbook-x86.xml?part=2&chap=3#doc_chap4_sect1 or i can create a binary package from it without any changes? if yes could you tell me how or guide me to a document please?

I reccomend that you submit a package request, then one of the devs will create / find an ebuild and the entropy maintainers will add it to mainline entropy.
