Error message about /usr/kde//share/kde4

I am regularly getting this error message when installing/updating KDE 4.2.2 apps. Is it important or can I just ignore it?

stat: cannot stat `/usr/kde//share/config': No such file or directory
* Package kopete is breaking /usr/kde//share/config permissions.
* Please report this issue to gentoo bugzilla.
* Permissions will get adjusted automatically now.

I personally would create the file. It should have been created with one of the kdebase packages.

Thank you. I have followed your advice and created the file and the directory. I shall now wait for the next update and see what happens.

I've only seen this happen on Kopete and it didn't affect anything.
(We bumped kopete because it was lacking MSN support.)

For me it's also happened on these packages:

kdebase-startkde-4.2.2-r1
kdelibs-4.2.2-r1
kdm-4.2.2-r1

I haven't noticed any problems as a result.
