Entropy errors, repo corrupted [Solved]

In a fresh installation of Sabayon, 3.5.1.in wich portage cannot be used,
some entropy errors.
messages that sabayon repo is corrupted.
equo update or equo update --force commands, nor runs
equo install equo return message that equo not found.
equo world also not runs.
adding or removing the zenana repo not solved, the messages are not that sabayon repo is corrupted and zenana repo not found.

It is solved bu people with the help online of the Sabayon......
simple remove all the content of:

/var/lib/entropy/client/database/amd64/sabayonlinux.org

During my tests. iearn more and more about linux and sabayon.
I discovered the cause of the problem...
the equo update process cannot be killed with CTRL_C!
thisis possible in portage, not in entropy

curious as to why you would ctrl c an update process?

When a person is planning on doing updates, they should be planning a head and expecting to tie up their machine for several hours depending on how many updates their are. Use the ask command and if looks like you don't have the time to complete the updates, than wait till you can.

btw 3.5.1 can use portage

I was my mistake.......
during a copy of some text, concerning some error messages, i mistake, that in the terminal, COPY is not CRTL+C!!!!

In SL, is not good practice, using the net, navigate, messenger, during update process?
i not use portage in this, because its that mine installation (between 4) in witch i use only Entropy ( i said to you another day).
Because i like Portage, but i like entropy also!
i want to test entropy, and in this installation ,i dont want to mix entropy with portage.

I use my computer just fine during world updates

open a seperate terminal window - fire out the commands, minimize it and you never have to worry about it. Why would u be copying and pasting in the terminal window that your updates are running in? Use a seperate window or place it on a different desktop so you can't accidently interact with it.

The more layers are added to portage, the more confusing it gets for the average user who might consider trying Sabayon.

It would be uber helpful if this suggestion were made as part of the error description. Even better if equo would prompt "would you like me to refresh your repository and save you the headache?" Hmm let me try to add this.
