Notice Board not available

I keep getting this when I run equo update. Is this something I need to do something about or is this just fine as it is. I don't know what it means. What notice board are they talking about and what does it do?

It's not critical. It's just a per-repository RSS to ease the communication of important informations between the distribution team and the end user.
