Clock won't keep correct time.

Hi, I'm running the Gnome desktop, it has a some minor bugs which I can live with.

One that is getting me down is having to reset the time on my clock every morning when I boot up the machine.

It looses hours over night, not the same amount of hours either?

Anyone know how to set it & forget it?
