kpowersave in Sabayon Linux 3.4

Postby kaiser » Mon Jul 02, 2007 1:24

i am currently using a Dell Inspiron 1501 and Inspiron 6400/e1505

i have installed SL 3.3 and can get kpowersave to display my battery life and get it to show my 2 cpus. The 6400 has a core 2 duo t5300. My 1501 has amd dual core t50.

when i tried using any loop of 3.4 it has a problem showing 2 processors it just shows 1. Also it always shows it plugged in even when it is not and wil not display my battery life. Is there a quick fix to this .

Thank you so much

Does the same with my E1705 Dell only 1 core.
If you can wait a while about 10 days then the 3.4 final release should be out or even the 3.4 Bisiness edition that was released yesterday already has some fixes in it / stable. Might be a bit slow downloading as it is being spread around to the major servers as I type.
