ZFS and genkernel - Error [Solved]

Hi,

installing Root over ZFS works fine, but one thing doesnt work out: genkernel is not putting /sbin/zpool into initramfs .
genkernel --ZFS does put in the zfs module but not the (mandatory) zpool app.

The same applies for the Sabayon Live Distro: assume I am having ZFS and I start the Live Distro with the boot-cmd switch: dozfs
Sabayon boots, loads ZFS and throws an error while trying to mount ZFS Partitions: /sbin/zpool missing ...

Later in the boot process it comes up correctly, but then it is too late, eg. when you want to alter other boot switches like root=ZFS or whatever..
