Xine: how to select dvd device [Solved]

I've just installed Xine, but I don't know how to select the dvd device.
I mean, when I use VLC I have to select /dev/sr0 instead ov the default value /dev/dvd to be able to read a DVD.
Xine as well try to read the content of /dev/dvd and gives me an error message because doesn't find any DVD; but I don't know how to tell the software to read /dev/sr0.
Can anybody help me?

I've found a solution on my own: the first step is to open the configuration window and set the "configuration experiece level" to "expert" (by default it is "beginner"); then you are enabled to go on the media section of the configuration window and change the dvd.device as you like.

I' hope this explanation can be usefull to someone else, since Xine is the best dvd reader I've evere tryed on linux.
