Blender 2.49 [Solved]

After the last update blender is updated to 2.63, but i need 2.49 becouse some addonds i use are only for this version.

Is possible retrieve the 2.49 version ?

You should be able to downgrade it with Portage.
(If you haven't used Portage yet, check the wiki before issuing any command: HOWTO: The Complete Portage Guide)

emerge -a =blender-2.49b-r2
equo rescue spmsync --ask
equo mask media-gfx/blender

Or you could download the tarball and install it localy on your /home.

It's not a supported practice to install software outside a package manager.

I have try to install with emerge but i get error on compiling, otherwise i have downloaded binary linux bersion and it work fine after installing libjpeg.so.64
