Weird Error [Solved]

Hi guys...I've installed this big a$$ update last night (around 500+ mb) and today as I open firefox or thunderbird I get an error message as shown below:



Why...why..why does it happen & what can be done to fix this?

Edit:
So I decided to retart my computer for some reason and after that the error message seems to have stopped appearing.

Kudos to my stupid brain + luck.
