Battery power at 20%..

Hi all,
I would like to ask if anyone has seen the same strange problem with a laptop battery. I have noticed that sometimes (2 or 3 times/month) the power management shows only 20% (always) of the battery but the battery is full and the led on the laptop is off. It stays at 20% until I reboot and then get 100% again. It's not a problem, it's more like a bug or something..
