icons on emulated Wine Desktop?

maybe a silly question but,
is it actually possible to add icons and/or a startmenu to the emulated Desktop in Wine?
You can emulate a virtual Desktop in Wine so that every application running in Wine has it's own Window.
i did managed to add a wallpaper and applied a mac theme by editing the win.ini file, see screenshot:

so i thought; if you can do that, maybe it's also possible to add icons ??

okay, so a stupid question, it is.
guess if i want icons and startmenu, just install windows in virtualbox then...
