Peer to Peer Blocking application

Hi guys, I was wondering if there are any alternate applications like "Peer Guardian" for windows that blocks torrent peers according to a blocklist updated via online. I've heard of iplist, & it's probably available for Gentoo but I rely on Entropy and I'm not that comfortable with portage so you will have to walk me through.

Also let me know if there are any alternatives in the Sabayon repository that I can take a look at.
