Evolution has a problem displaying the messages in the "in-box" of exchange and imap accounts. The messages in my imap account in-box just vanished today for no reason I can discern. The problem seems well documented on the web, with some references saying the problem was solved after version 2.28. I would say it is not solved yet. The most commonly prescribed "fix" is to un-subscribe, and re-subscribe, the affected in-box, but this does not nothing useful on my installation. I can read the messages on my mail server with Mozilla Thunderbird, but I prefer Evolution. Has anyone else on the forum figured out how to prevent the messages in the in-box from disappearing?

Now using Evolution 3.0.2 - problem has not occurred since the update.
