How to make AVG auto start

my question is like this

1. how to make AVG to auto start everytime i load up Sabayon.
2. After AVG auto start, is there a way to make it start scanning all the drives immediately?

you do realize that it's not needed don't you or are you setting up a mail server or something?

well, actually i'm using windows with sabayon and i would like todo so.

Can all the actions be done using scripting method and what kind of scripts do i need to make to produce my wanted result
