How to install gfxmenu on sabayon ?

Well...

Eh... this isn't terribly good news. It looks like another of gentoo's servers has shuffled around without changing the portage tree - you're probably going to have to build this one from source code, as emerging it doesn't seem to be working. Kinda inconvenient, but as long as you have a stable copy of the code you should still be fine.

I have installed gfxboot 3.3.39-35 (actually version , newest ) and grub 0.97-r3 ( is old but not work with new gfxboot , more bugs . most so) , i have screens with errors , please look that links :

Check the documentation.... I assume that this is something you can specify in the program itself, that seems to be a list of the displays.... I'm afraid I can't say what to do offhand.

how number with grub work this newest gfxboot ?

Yeah, gentoo's been in a little bit of a user-end slump for a little while - check for the actual project on source forge, or wherever the project resides - I'm afraid I'm not sure what number you are referring to when you say "the number", sorry about that.
