Installing Adobe Flash Player in Mozilla (Sabayon 3.4f)

Can someone please tell me how to install Adobe Flash Player onto Mozilla Firefox so that I view flash-related content over the web? I tried those three procedures provided by Adobe, but the results were negative from extracting files from tar.gz (No such directory, etc), .rpm mode, and yum-install. Sabayon is probably the only O/S thus far, that recognized my Dlink-DWL-G122 successfully. Any support would be kind, thanks.

Can you be a little more specific? In the package manager, do we search for the flash plugin, or what? Please explain, someone out there. Thank you.

It might be a good idea to read the link that Wolfden supplied. You would then see that he has given you the code you need (emerge netscape-flash) but make sure you read through the portage guide first.
Sorry to sound so blunt but you really will find most of what you need in that guide

Okay, I followed the directions and the the result was that the Digest Verification Failed. Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size. Got: 9508587 Expected: 8820435 What am I suppose to do now? Please help, thank you. I am only a beginner.

to emerge is to install but before you emerge you need to sync and update package list
