Problem:genkernel 3.4.9-pre7+8 and sabayon-sources-2.6.23-r1

Using genkernel 3.4.9 pre7 installed by emerge genkernel and upgrade to genkernel 3.4.9-pre8 cause kernel build to die with

I have downgraded to genkernel 3.4.8-r4 and it's currently hard at work building the 2.6.23-r1 kernel

kernel 2.6.23-sabayon-r1 is up and running
