How do you Rip a DVD movie in K3b and will it play on a home DVD player

I think you would do better to 'Google' for this info .... plenty of stuff out there

Hi
k9copy is the best program for ripping dvds to the harddrive. It will also shrink a commercial 9GB dvd to a 4.6GB dvd
You can then burn the files back to a normal dvd using k3b.
You can find k9copy in portage. Or open up a root konsole and type "emerge k9copy"
