Programs Are Starting To Not Open

Postby lucknuts » Fri Oct 05, 2007 22:57

I installed Sabayon 32bit once again last night.

Now today, so far I did a
Code: Select all
emerge --sync
, and
Code: Select all
layman -s sabayon && euse -E kickoff && emerge kicker desktop-acceleration-helpers
to help out with the compiz fusion.

After running

Code: Select all
layman -s sabayon && euse -E kickoff && emerge kicker desktop-acceleration-helpers

I noticed that portato i can click on it will say its going to open but then it just doesn't open.

I click on the compiz-fusion icon, and it does not open either. same with a couple other programs.

I also got rid of udev-109 I believe it was and replaced it with udev-114.

What is it that has happened?

To know what is happening, open program from terminal and read the feedback.
