Problem to start VMWare Workstation 7.1.4

Hello

after a long search for help i found a way to install VMWare 7.1.4 (latest Version from the Homepage). My System is a AMD64 bit Sabayon 6.0 with the 2.6.39 Kernel. I have make symlinks for the rc*.d's for the installation. With the vmware2.6.39fixedv3.patch i try to create the Modules. I think this works.

But when i Start the VMWare and klick "on creat a new VM" the Programm close immediately.

Need help please.
