Hi

How long does it normally take before the repos are updated? I notice Virtualbox 3.0.8 came out 6th Oct and I'm told that that version fixes an issue I have. Being new to Sabayon (from a .deb world) I don't know much if anything about the packages Sabayon uses or whether any of these http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads would work. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

there is no set time, it's when they get to it

If you can't wait, you can emerge it, it's just a bin file anyway.

Its in limbo already. Our rolling repo: app-emulation:virtualbox-bin-3.0.8-r10~0.tbz2 in fact.

Just let Sabayon install 538 updates and lo and behold VB 3.0.8 appeared! This VB version also fixed my issue!
