Error when insmod the vboxdrv of Virtualbox

I succeed to emerge the virtualbox 3.0, but when I try to insmod the modules, it failed.

sudo modprobe vboxdrv

the output is:

I am using sabayon 4.2 for gnome, which is not shipped with Linux source tree, I emerge the linux-sabayon-2.6.29 from portage.

anyone knows why?

I'm not sure what the issue is. I also installed VirtualBox 3.0.0 and I got it to run (although I still have a USB mouse issue). I might have needed to reboot after installing and running it though. I'm not for sure, but if you had a previous version of virtualbox installed with it's module, a reboot might be necessary.
