Guide For Install Sabayon with VMWare Fusion?

This would also include the steps to get VMWare Tools installed and working correctly. Anyone have anything?

So far I have gotten it to install - over an hour
Gotten the updates installed - FiOS connection - over an hour

So thus far INSANELY slow install and update. Would love to know how to speed this up and get the VMWare tools working with Fusion.
