Virtual Iron has anyone yet ?

First time I have seen this and only by accident. Looks interesting.

This apears to be an alternative to vmware / virtualbox / parallels.
I am about to try this as well as Xen 4.0.1 maybe it can be used in future not sure about XEN + future yet .
