So far, no corruption occurred because it could not read the (ntfs) partition and then doesn't mount it.
It just reads the label.
But I have no idea if the corruption isn't possible to some other installation.
For now, I avoid mounting it. It seems to be related to specific hardware (sata to USB adapter).
gparted reports free (unallocated) space on the disk, no partition available. It's false. Windows reads it well, Sabayon having 3.6 kernel too. It's unhandy to go back to it, as long as I have redirected everything to /run/media/<user> mounts.
We should have been aware of these issues before, some guide would have been useful too.

Have you filled a bug report concerning it, yet?

Assuming entropy is the right place (udisks and so on).
This way, it may red-flag the developers' attention earlier. However, they can handle their todos better this way :-)
