battery status icon will no be updated

Hello,

since some days i have an issue on my sabayon 9 with gnome...
The battery status icon will not bee updated. It always on 100%. If i switch to battery mode (no power supply), it don't switch to the real battery discharging.

If i switched on the cable and enter acpi at the console. I see the real battery status charging and discharging. How can i fix it?
