Problen while shutting down the computer

Shutting down of computer stops at Unmounting /home ... and if nothing is doing it keeps hanging near 10 minutes and then switches off

when you try to solve the problem, a secure manner to "force" switch off the comp, without damage to filesystem is to carry in a terminal, this command:

sudo init 0


this stop all processes,kill then, auto-unmount the files systems, re-mount as read only and switch the computer off.
