Pro Mac Triple Boot with S/L full support?

I am considering getting and using a Mac Pro, possibly with the double head monitor. I read an older post on the gentoo forums with a full walk-thru installation of gentoo on a Mac. This is a Dual-duo Xeon machine. I was interested to know if and how well Sabayon 3.1+ would work on this machine with nvidia. I believe the hardware would be supported very well, although I don't know about sound and CPU? Any pointers?

How about I send it to you lxnay to custom install and then release a live DVD for the Mac!

I can partition and boot windows ok if I need it, OS X 'whatever' and S/L. Will it work, has anyone got one and installed S/L on it?
