DVD burning error, cant boot

DVD burning error, cant boot

I recently downloaded the DVD version of Sabayon 64 and am trying to burn it. However, i get an input/output error when I burn it with K3b:

:-[ WRITE@LBA=1290h failed with SK=4h/ASC=08h/ACQ=03h]: Input/output error
:-[ write failed: Input/output error
It says it finishes successfully, but I cannot boot into the live DVD. The Md5 sum check out as well. Any ideas on how I can resolve this problem?

Yea, I looked through some of the posts, but this is the first .ISO where I have encountered such a problem.
