Sabayon name also used by Gnome developers - who was first?

I just found out about Sabayon at tuxmachines.org and downloaded the live cd to try it out. Very nice! I think I'll dump Mandriva off the third drive of my multi-distro-tester machine and install Sabayon instead.

I was googling for this forum tonight and found this link:

Looks like the Gnome guys are building a desktop management system, and have settled on the name Sabayon. Here comes a fight!
