My Laptop's Fans are going Crazy!

Sometimes after 10-20 mins being logged into Sabayon the fans 4 some reason go CRAZY, they are cooling like an AC system!
I have had Sabayon installed 4 1 month and nothing like this has happened. This does not happen in Winblows.

I am using a Dell Inspiron E1705, with an Intel Core 2 Duo, not sure of RAM and hdd models, with a ATI x1400 Mobility Radeon.

And I am using Compiz Fusion set to have transparency on when not rotating. Plus I am using the Cube Atlantis plugin on with a total of bout 61 fish. I turned off the transparency when not rotating and so far it seems like that was the prob but it might not be.

Also I am not using Winblows or dumping Sabayon to crawl back 2 Ubuntu (Ubuntu can take 4 ever to boot) and I am not reinstalling.

Also I would like 2 use transparency when not rotating again.

And when this happens the comp slows 2 a crawl and when I shut down it takes 4 eva to shutdown so I forcefully press on the powa button (since I am concerned bout whats happening in my comp).
