Ive tried to use the Nvidia Xserver, In it I configure my second monitor and select Twin I then save the settings and select apply. After I do this both screens go black and just my mouse shows. I can move it back and forth for a few seconds then the second screen shuts off. First screen remains blacks and can only be restored by hitting ctrl + alt + Backspace.
System:
AMD X2 5200
Nvidia Geforce BFG8800GTX
8Gigs Corsair XMS
Asus Crosshair Mobo
22" Samsung 225bw (in DVI main port)
19" Samsung (in DVI second port with VGA dongle)

You can just use nvidia-settings. You should have an icon on the Desktop.

Tried that already as stated in my post up above, I was hopeing that would work instead I am going to have to manually change the xorg file as stated by the wiki.

So I got the twin up and running.
I got my monitors set up right.
But my interface is on the right screen.
Im guessing that screen 0 always gets the interface.
Is there anyway to change that?

In nvidia-settings where it says positions you can pull down menu right of or left of (click on screen icon to select) You can also just drag the icons across. To save settings to xorg.conf you have to run nvidia-settings as root. Hope that helps

Sorry I should have posted in here that I solved this problem.
I actually had to add a option twinviewXinerama = 1 or something like that. To switch the screens. I also found that it was in the KDE options area for which screen would be the main.
Also it wasnt just a icon issue it was the main bars at the bottom and top. I tend to keep my desktop free of Icons.
