Is there a chance that sabayon comes with a driver for this hardware?

I don't have your hardware, but DuckDuckGo leads me to:

so I looked at the SL kernel configuration file:

which contains:

CONFIG_DVB_USB_RTL28XXU=m

and apparently the module is named:

So my suggestion would be to try (as root user in a Konsole/Terminal window):

i have installed "mageia 3" to an 9 year old pc to test if driver loaded
and... succes!
on this PC there is no other hardware installed.
Is it possible that on my "better" PC this one...

And...there is only "gnuradio" software...which is much too difficult to use fore me

Ah... you didn't indicate in your first post that you are not using SL. In that case, as you're using the Gentoo kernel, you will indeed need to rebuild the kernel with CONFIG_DVB_USB_RTL28XXU=m.
