My Xserver dont boot with nvidia 302.17 driver

Hey all,

after i updated my nvidia driver to version 302.17, my xserver cant start.

Kernel: 3.3.0
CPU: intel dual core 3.0 GHz
VGA: NVidia 9800 GT

Frankfurt! I was just over there a while ago. More info would help if you haven't solved this yet.

Are you sure your nvidia driver was built with your kernel version?
Are you using desktop composition/Compiz?
What is the result of
