Can't open ATI Catalyst Control Center

If I click on ATI Catalyst Control Center than I get a massage that tell me

there Isn't install a driver for ATI graphic card or the driver don't work probably.
Install a ATI-Driver for your ATI hardware or configure aticonfig

When I open acceleration manager Then I get this

OpenGL status: Working
GPU : ATI technologies Inc RC350 AQ (Radeon 9600)

I can run a screen saver with OpenGL....



I also can't open Google Earth....

Maybe try to reinstall ATI's drivers

or configure aticonfig

Or try to config it with another parameters
