How to install vmware on Sabayon 3.4?

When i do emerge vmware player :

!!! Couldn't download 'vmware-any-any-update108.tar.gz'. Aborting.

and when i try to install vmware by vmware-install.pl give me :

What is the directory that contains the init directories (rc0.d/ to
rc6.d/)?

and this directory in gentoo and Sabayon don't exist!!!

=/ I already answered this question, at least the latter, in the other forum section twice. Other workarounds for the former if you don't want to take this approach (or it doesn't work) have been posted in the same forum section by misc people and the sab devs. Please search..
