Code: Select all
emerge -pf app1 app2 app3

Will spit out links to files it needs to download in order to install app1 app2 and app3 (There could be more than one link for one file).
You can also redirect the output to a file for convenience:
Code: Select all
emerge -pf app1 app2 app3 > links_to_fetch.txt

Then download those files on a windows PC and put them into /usr/portage/distfiles folder on sabayon system.

if you have occasional internet access with your laptop but don't have time to let it compile you can:

#emerge -f programname and then later on emerge programname and let it compile.
