Emerge synced 3 times, layman-ed the sabayon-distro overlay also, it doesn't bring any success. I've downloaded manually that file from other mirrors/distfiles, the file still has 3019 bytes, even though sabayon-distro's gcc ebuild shows that it searches for the 3027 bytes one. The 'toolchain''s overlay works with the 3019 uclibc-patch with no error.

Ok, found a solution, but still doesn't solve the updating problem.
http://ftp.heanet.ie/disk1/funtoo/distfiles/ this mirror has the right file but it's not in the priority portage mirrors, hope the other mirrors will update to this version. The Ireland's mirror has the two exact files that the other mirrors don't have with the same bytes gcc-4.6.2-piepatches-v0.4.5.tar.bz2 and gcc-4.6.2-uclibc-patches-1.0.tar.bz2.
