layman on sabayon 5 [Solved]

i have tried to install e17 on sabayon 5. The tutorial says that i must have layman to follow the how-to
but now when a launch

the output is

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/portage/local/layman/make.conf' in /etc/make.conf

what i can do?
