world update trying to emerge package that's masked

Here's something that I'm not understanding, below says that all >=dev-libs/glib-2.14 have been masked. It also says
that it's a dependency of x11-libs/pango-1.18.2. However pango-1.18.2 is masked, so how is this happening?

I've got gtk+-1.2.10-r12 and gtk+-2.10.14 installed. with gtk+-2.10.14 installed, shouldn't I unmask glib-2.14?

you will see it's not

Thanks wolf, so if that's unmasked then glib-2.14.1 should be unmasked as well, correct?
