Installing Java Runtime Enviroment 1.6

Hello, maybe you guys can help me

I need to install JRE on Mozilla Firefox, the one who cames with Sabayon miniedition.

I try everything but it doesn't work, i read carefully all the instalation instructions, anyone of you guys already has it on you computer?

Install java-1.6 (if it isn't already):

USE="nsplugin" emerge -av "=sun-jre-bin:1.6"

Set this as your current JRE to be used (run this as normal user - not as root):

eselect java-vm set user sun-jre-bin-1.6

Set the nsplugin (i.e. firefox-java-plugin) you want: (here you need to be root again)

eselect java-nsplugin set sun-jre-bin-1.6

(You can use sun-jdk-1.6 instead of the JRE if you want to - replace then "sun-jre-bin" by "sun-jdk")

First, I had to do all the upgrade stuff to Portage, then I follow your instructions, now I have the JRE running on my computer!
