Making a suggestion to the Compiz Fusion project?

Firstly, my apologies if this thread was already created elsewhere. I ran a search and didn't see anything in regards to it within the six pages that came back as results. I'll gladly check elsewhere if another post is suggested.

I, like many others I'm sure, had a 'wonderful idea' (debatable) in regards to a Compiz Fusion plugin. I'm sorry for being ignorant with this, but where would someone post their 'idea' concerning a plugin, a creation, a feature, anything along such lines regarding Compiz Fusion?

Furthermore, though this is more of a second hand question: Is there an official area I may check for plugins/creations that have already been created for Compiz Fusion not included in the actual project (betas/alphas included), and where would this area be?
