Window Waves dont work

Hi i have installed Sabayon 3.4 yesterday. Everything works fine, but i cant activate the window waves. Its grey highlighted so that i cant change settings. Is this the right option for the window waves? Or do i have to switch it somewhere else on?

Is your desktop acceleration turned on? (I am guessing here)

Yes, it is turned on. Everything works fine. But i am not able to switch the function on.
