Extra Effects, Missing Panel & Baghira

Hi guys

I deleted my earlier topic because I managed to get Beryl to work after mucking around. Now, the problem is that I've enabled the splash and trails and ripples etc etc in the Beryl Settings Manager and it doesn't work. I've got the cube working, and the various animations and the wobbly windows and everything.

Now, if I could just get the extras to work, it would be great!! So help please!

And also, I managed to somehow remove the top panel in Sabayon's default desktop, and the display showing my 4 workspaces by number as well as the system tray has now vanished. I was tinkering around with my settings and I don't remember exactly how I removed it. I'd like to ask if there is any way to get it back? Also, I'd rather just have the workspace panel and the system tray panel appear in the main taskbar in the Windows style...

And finally, I managed to install the Baghira theme from kde-look.org, but now that I have, I dunno how to activate it!! I'd really appreciate some help! I realise that I am about as nooby as they come, but I really love Sabayon and I was hoping someone could help me get past these minor niggles! Thanks!!!
